A miscalculation on my part left me near Denmark Street with time to kill - one 7-string guitar later...

IV : Halt&CatchFire

2009

This is my brief and rather sketchy tribute to all things 8-bit and heavily aliased - Knight Lore, Manic Miner, any copying programmes from magazines.

The title is a reference to the legendary hidden opcode that can make a CPU burst in to flames.

I've taken the results of about two years of mucking around with found sound and various bits of modular synthesis, mixed and edited it a bit, and called it an EP.

II : Chromium Oxide

1995-1998

And now for an item of historical interest - some very early efforts. The unique tonal quality of these recordings was acheived by leaving the master tape in the glove compartment of a G-reg Ford Escort (G146 XLO) for two years.
